Since 1950 this is the oldest cooperative in Douro Valley (Douro valley is the oldest DOP in the World) . Founded to make sure all of the vineyard owners got a fair price for their grapes. The Adega Cooperativa de Mesao Frio strives for quality in wines. Combining tradition with new wine making technologies arises Claustru's. This is a wine originating from the Douro region that reflects the regional varieties.
