About Anton & Lela
Hi, we’re Anton and Lela, a creative couple with a passion for Portuguese wine. Over a glass of incredible wine we found that we shared a belief that the industry industry can and should be changed – and decided to show how it could be done.
We created Port O’ Bristol with a vision that importing artisan wines from Portugal by Sail Cargo® ships is possible. Doing so enables people to experience these incredible vintages without impacting the planet.
Before creating Port O’ Bristol, we both worked in arts and photography. Anton is an expert craftsperson specialising in Italian marble wall finishes and ornamental plaster work. Lela is a qualified behaviour therapist. As well as sharing a love for fine wine, Anton and Lela have four children and a beautiful spaniel.
Port O’ Bristol is our passion and we hope it becomes yours. We work closely with our rebels and pirates to bring the best wines to you, our heroes.
